Caring for your swimwear:
We recommend hand washing all swimsuits and line drying. Machine washing can cause damages to your swimsuit. NEVER put your swimsuit in the dryer. Always let your swimsuit hang to air dry. Zoe All Over is not responsible for damages caused to your swimsuit due to machine washing or machine drying.
How long will it take for my order to ship out?
Most items ship out same or next day. However, some items are pre-order items, if the product that you ordered is a pre-order it will require a 2-3 week processing time prior to shipping out. It will say in the product's description online if the product is a pre-order or not. If your order contains multiple items both pre-order and non pre-order we will ship out the item(s) that are currently in stock (non pre-order items) right away and then ship out the pre-order item separately in 2-3 weeks once it is ready. If you need an item by a certain day, please consider the processing time required for pre-order items before ordering or contact zoeallover@gmail.com for help.
Are final sale items returnable?:
No. Items that are final sale are not returnable and cannot be exchanged. It will say in the product's description if it is final sale.
Shipping time and pre-orders
Please be advised: selecting Priority Mail shipping will not speed up the process of pre-order items. If your order contains pre-order items, it will ship out after the 2-3 week processing time, regardless of the shipping method selected.
Does Zoe All Over accept orders placed outside of the USA?
Yes!
Shipping rates:
Canada is $15.00
All other countries (other than the USA and Canada) is $18.00
Does Zoe All Over do price adjustments?
No. We will not refund the difference to any orders that were made previously to the start of a promotional offer.
Can I cancel my order?
You may only cancel your order within 1 HOUR of placing your order. For example, if you placed your order at 10AM, you would have until 11AM to contact me to cancel your order and receive all of your money back. If it has been over an hour and you would like to cancel your order, you will be charged a $15 inconvenience fee.
What happens if my package gets lost?
If you are experiencing issues with USPS and have not received your package in the mail, please reach out to USPS with your tracking number to file a claim.
In this very rare and uncommon situation, Zoe All Over will do as much as they can to help you. However, if the package goes missing due to USPS' negligence, you may only be sent the a replacement if you selected any of the priority shipping methods at checkout. These shipping methods offer insurance up to $100 as per USPS policy. USPS first class shipping does not offer any insurance if your package gets lost or damaged. If you select first class shipping and your package gets lost, we cannot ship out a replacement. In this situation, it is up to the customer and USPS to file a claim together to recover the missing package. Once the package leaves Zoe All Over, we are not responsible for what happens to it. If the package gets lost due to an insufficient address provided by the customer, the package will not be replaced since the loss of the package was not at the fault of Zoe All Over or USPS.
