Returns & Exchanges
* Please read before beginning your return or exchange. *
We only offer refunds in the form of store credit.
- Fill out our exchange form and print the provided shipping label to send back your item(s).
- An item is acceptable for exchange for store credit in the condition you received it in, this means,
- New, Unworn, Unwashed, no stains, rips, tears, damage or odor.
- Item(s) need to have tags and hygiene liners still attached.
- Swimsuit pads must not be removed.
- The item needs to be returned in the sealed pouch or sealed bag it was received in.
- If we receive your item in unacceptable condition, you will be notified by email. You will then be responsible for purchasing a shipping label for the item to be returned to you.
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return for store credit.
- Store credit will be issued within 10 business days of receiving and accepting your item.
- Store credit will be issued for the amount you purchased the item for, after any discount.
- Shipping is non-refundable or included in any store credits.
- When you place your new order with store credit, we are not able to match previous discounts or reimburse new shipping costs.
- Exchanges are mailed out within 5-10 business days of receiving and accepting your return.
We are not able to make any exceptions to this policy. Thank you for your understanding.
