The only items that can be completely refunded are apparel and swimwear.
In order to receive a full refund on an item, Zoe All Over must have the item back within 10 DAYS from the day the customer received the package in the mail.
No exceptions: USPS tracking records shows the day the package was delivered to the customer so Zoe All Over has the authority to turn down refund requests if they are past the deadline.
To return an item, all you need to do is send it back to the return address that was on the package you received. Please print and fill out a return form and include it in the shipment that you are sending back.

If you no longer have the package or the address isn't legible, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for the return address. The item(s) you are returning must be in the same condition that you received it in and sent back in it's original packaging along with the tag (if the item(s) came with a tag on.) (If item(s) do not meet these guidelines a refund will not be issued and the item(s) will be sent back to the customer.) Please include a filled out return form in your return package. Failure to do so will result in a delayed return process. Once the package is received and the item(s) are inspected (and meet return guidelines) by Zoe All Over, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. This process can take a couple days to go through depending on your bank.

Zoe All Over does not cover postage fees for packages that are being sent back to us, we only cover postage fees for packages that we send out to the customer.
